1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all orders placed through the website bequille.ch, operated by KlyneDesign.
2. Products
Products offered for sale on the website are described with the greatest possible care. Illustrations and descriptions are provided for information purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of absolute characteristics.
3. Prices
The prices indicated on the website are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF).
Crutches are sold as a pair. Unless otherwise stated, their price includes delivery within Switzerland.
Replacement parts, accessories and maintenance items are sold as a pair. Delivery costs are charged separately.
KlyneDesign is currently not subject to Swiss VAT. No Swiss VAT is therefore charged separately.
The sale of a single crutch may be considered on request, depending on available stock.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order. Any delivery costs are indicated separately before the final confirmation of the order.
4. Order
The customer selects the desired products, adds them to the cart and follows the steps of the order process.
Before final confirmation, the customer may check the data entered and correct any errors.
The order becomes binding upon final confirmation.
An order confirmation is sent to the customer electronically.
5. Availability
Product offers are valid while stocks last.
If a product becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. In such a case, an appropriate solution will be offered, such as a refund or, where possible, an adjusted delivery time.
6. Payment
Payment is made using the methods offered on the website at the time of the order, including TWINT, bank transfer or, where applicable, other payment methods indicated during the purchase process.
The order may be processed after receipt or confirmation of payment, depending on the chosen payment method.
7. Delivery
Deliveries are made within Switzerland, to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Delivery times are given as estimates, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
A reasonable delivery delay shall not give rise to damages or to the automatic cancellation of the order.
8. Inspection of goods
The customer must inspect the goods upon receipt.
Any visible defect, transport damage or delivery error must be reported as soon as possible to hello@klynedesign.ch.
9. Statutory warranty
The customer’s statutory rights in the event of defects remain reserved.
In the event of a proven defect, KlyneDesign may, depending on the case, offer repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, within the limits provided by law and according to the specific situation.
10. Returns and exchanges
Under Swiss law, there is no general right of return for online purchases unless voluntarily granted by the seller.
Returns or exchanges are therefore accepted only under the conditions expressly provided on the website or agreed on a case-by-case basis.
For reasons of hygiene, safety or product integrity, certain opened, used or damaged items may be excluded from return.
11. Liability
KlyneDesign is liable in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
Any liability for indirect or consequential damage, or for damage resulting from improper use of the product, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
12. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the website.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GTCS are governed by Swiss law.
Subject to any mandatory provisions to the contrary, the place of jurisdiction is at the registered office or domicile of KlyneDesign.
